Reprice remaining (clawback)The shopper loses the bundle discount on what they keep. We refund the returned item at its list price, then deduct the discount share the kept items carried. Strict, revenue-protective, can surprise shoppers if not explained up front.Honor original discountThe shopper keeps their discount proportion. We refund the returned item's paid price, which already includes the discount share. Simple and shopper-friendly — the cost is the merchant eating the promo on the returned line.Block partial returns on bundlesPartial returns are not allowed on bundled orders. The shopper must return every item or none. Prevents clawback surprises and margin leakage; requires clear messaging at purchase time.

Worked example

A €100 bundle with a €20 promo (shopper paid €80, two items). The shopper returns one of two items.
